It’s easy and convenient. Select Hawthorne Learning Solutions as a proctor on the BYU website, contact us to set up a time to take the test with us proctoring via Zoom and then take the test.

Frequency and length of tutoring sessions vary but range between 1-2 times per week for 1 to 1.5 hours per session.

Once we set up the zoom session, you can go take care of things around the house!

We strive to pair students with the same tutor; however, schedules sometimes change and so do tutors. Our goal is a consistent match.

We value feedback and know that a good fit is key to successful learning. If it isn’t a good fit, please let us know and we will pair your student with a different tutor.

We meet online, using zoom. You’ll receive an email invite at the start of the session. Click on the link, and we’ll get started!

All of our time is important—we value your time and ours.
We request notice of change of availability or cancellations by Thursday at noon of the week prior. Cancellations and changes made after this will be charged in full. This is to avoid changes that cause work on our end and impact other families as we request time/day changes.
If you are late, we will text and call you after 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, the meeting will be closed and there will be a cancellation charge.
